Curtis Olson is not easy categorize. With a history that covers touring Canada as a traveling musician, obtaining an engineering degree, and founding Shift Development, Curtis has a background that is equal parts art and science. Determined to foster a rich life in Saskatoon for himself and others, he set his sights on Riversdale seven years ago, because there was simply too much potential. characterized by diversity, complete streets, and the presence of community. He holds a degree in Engineering from The University of Saskatchewan.

Crystal Bueckert wants to make your life better, starting with how you live in your home. She is the lead designer of Shift Development's Urban Living environments, carefully drafting floor plans, selecting light fixtures, and anticipating all the variables in the middle. Crystal is also highly active in the arts community here in Saskatoon. She is on numerous boards, including PAVED, etc etc. She holds a BFA from the University of Toronto, and Architectural Technologist Degree from SIAST.

Carrie Catherine is a force of nature, and leads projects for the team that are geared to  catalyze social and positive community impact in the neighbourhoods where Shift builds and has a presence. Carrie has a strong career background in the arts, notably as a touring
